Basic Product Description
The conveyor belt features a tear-resistant layer composed of high-elongation steel wires or high-strength, high-elongation synthetic fiber ropes arranged in a uniform transverse pattern on top of (or below) the steel wire rope core or fabric core. The tear-resistant layer is oriented perpendicular to the direction of conveyor belt operation. When conveying hard, sharp materials, the tear-resistant layer can prevent sharp objects from piercing the belt. Even if pierced, it can still generate sufficient resistance to prevent the sharp objects from tearing the belt, thereby effectively preventing belt tearing.
This conveyor belt is suitable for use in mines, ports, metallurgy, building materials, coal, and other industries where sharp, hard objects are transported and the drop height is relatively high.
