A tubular conveyor belt refers to a conveyor belt designed for use with a circular tube belt conveyor system, which relies on external force to form a circular tube shape along the entire or partial length of the conveying route. The core of the tubular conveyor belt consists of a high-strength canvas or steel wire rope skeleton, with high-strength, high-wear-resistant premium rubber compounds as the upper and lower cover layers. During operation, the belt gradually transitions from a flat surface to a U-shape and is ultimately rolled into a tubular form to achieve enclosed conveying.
It is suitable for material conveying in industries such as coal, mining, ports, power, metallurgy, construction materials, and grain, where strict environmental protection requirements and bending requirements in three-dimensional space are needed. It provides fully enclosed material conveying, preventing material from flying, being unaffected by natural conditions, and causing no environmental impact. It can be bent, handle steep angles, and convey materials in both directions.
